Explore the iconic city of Tokyo during sakura with the acclaimed Japanese author, the natural beauty of Mount Fuji and Lake Ashi, and the best of Kyoto and Osaka

To see cherry blossom turn Japan's beautiful parks and gardens pink in springtime is a memorable experience.
These delicate blooms, which are known as sakura, are celebrated all over the country and Hanami, or cherry blossom viewing, is a national obsession.
On this exclusive tour, you will spend nine days exploring the mysterious Land of the Rising Sun at the best possible time of year. Starting in Tokyo, Japan's high-tech capital, you'll enjoy fascinating cultural experiences such as a sushi-making workshop and a tea ceremony, plus a highspeed bullet train ride and overnight stay in a traditional ryokan.
You'll also enjoy stops in Hakone, for breathtaking views of the iconic Mount Fuji, Kyoto, to visit Japan's most famous Zen garden, and Osaka, Japan's second largest city, which is another great location for Hanami.
Making the trip extra special will be the presence of Naoko Abe, the celebrated author of 'Cherry' Ingram, the fascinating story of Collingwood Ingram, the Englishman who saved Japan's blossoms.
Naoko will join you at Shinjuku Gyoen and Hamarikyu to see the cherry blossom. She will also deliver a talk, and take part in an exclusive Q&A session and book signing at your Tokyo hotel.
Also on hand during the talk and Q&A to offer their insight into the region will be Japan correspondent for the Daily Telegraph and Sunday Telegraph, Danielle Demetriou, who moved to Tokyo from the UK 13 years ago.
